The event is held on Friday, May 15th, 2020.
The starting point and finish line are near the Kokkola Market Square. There is a coat check and info point at the Market Square. The event starts on the Market Square stage at 5.30pm.

Late sign-up can be done at the event place 15th of May 2020. Participation fee is 50 €.
Discount groups: 15 € per person, +5€ with timing (students, unemployed and retired persons). Be prepared to present the relevant card or document entitling you to a discount when picking up your T-shirt and race number.
Participation fees cannot be returned. In case of illness, participation can be moved to 2021 by delivering a doctor’s certificate signed by the 15th of May 2020 and effective on the day of the event.
Signing up for the event can be done at www.kepli.ingo.fi. Sign-ups will open November 22th 2019. During the registration, you will be required to pay the participation fee via mobile banking services. You will receive a confirmation of successful registration in your email address after payment. Late sign-ups will be accepted at the Kepli Info Point on the day of the event from 12pm to 5pm. Participation fee for late sign-ups: 50€.
Distance with timing can be changed at no charge until 25th of April 2020. If you want to change from 6 km without timing to a serie with timing you have pay 5 euros. From 26th of April we will charge 20 euros per change. Notify us of changes through email at email@example.com.
Race numbers and T-shirts are handed out before the race. The time and place will be announced later.
Parking / toilets
There is parking available at the parking lot between the Kokkola Sports Centre (Kokkolan Urheilutalo) and the swimming hall (VesiVeijari), at the garages of Halpa-Halli and the Chydenia shopping centre, and the parking lot at the bus station. Outdoor toilets can be found at the site of the event and along the race course.
Service points Sports drinks and water are distributed to runners at the site of the event, and at service points along the route, exact locations to be disclosed at a later date. Half marathon participants will also be served pickles. In case of warm weather, a “sponge point” will be arranged for refreshing the head and body with water.
Showering Showers, sauna and a swimming pool are available at the Kokkola swimming hall (VesiVeijari, Kaarlelankatu 55, 67100 Kokkola) from 8pm to 10.30pm. The pool area must be vacated by 10pm, and the swimming hall by 10.30pm. Entrance with a race number.
Photography, videography and their usage
Photographs and videos will be taken at the event. The organizers reserve the right to use the photographic and video material they acquire during the event. The material may be used for marketing the event or Kepli. If you do not want your picture, or video material where you appear, to be used, notify the photographer/videographer immediately.
